POWER UP

The goal was to engage customers in a way that was new and exciting, but most of all, memorable. My aim was to showcase the learner as the hero in their organization, to proudly lift them up and celebrate them. And what better way to represent in a market steeped deep in geek culture than with golden age superheroes. Illustrated by the great Tom Whalen, the year long campaign included traditional and digital marketing but the real connection was in person. The campaign creative was emblazoned on shirts and posters, mugs and speakers, all of which were given away and proudly displayed in server rooms and offices around the world. The Power Up campaign resonated in a way the brand never had before, developing a deeper more meaningful connection to the IT audience.
